Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the proposal preparation of pressure vessels.
2. Be responsible for the design of pressure vessel and mechnical calculation (including the primary and second drawings)
3. Be responsible for the Material Requisition.
4. Be responsible for preparation of installation and operation instructions of pressure vessels.

Requirements

1. Major in Process Equipment and Control, Mechanical Design or relevant majors Bachlor degree or above
2. Be famililar with agitator design and pressure vessel design is preferred.
3. Be familiar with GB150/151, ASME standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Independently undertake instrument design, including instrument index, installation instruments on pipeline, such as the calculation and application of control valves and flow meters, instrument data sheet, I/O tables, hook-up diagrams and material tables.
2. Provide required documents for bidding, procurement, construction and installation.
3. Well communication and coordination skills with engineers in other majors.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 4 years of work experience as a C/I Engineer in related projects in the Oil&Gas and Chemical industries.
2. Be familiar with different types of instruments and control systems including decentralized control and safety control systems.
3. Be proficient in instrument design software such as InTools, Microstation, etc., and be able to perform selection and calculations for instruments.
4. Be familiar with the national standards, international standards and professional design software of the industry.
5. It is preferred that you have design experience in large-scale international engineering projects or petrochemical projects.
6. You shall have well English reading and writing skills, good teamwork and sound communication skills.

Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for confirming the parameters required for simulation analysis with colleagues or customers.
2. Be clear about the purpose of calculation and the needs of customers or colleagues.
3. Ensure the completeness of the input conditions of the project that needs to be simulated and analyzed.
4. Be responsible for the correctness of the simulation results.
5. Submit the simulation analysis report to the customer or colleague.
6. Organize and archive the simulated case data (if necessary).
7. Design the experimental plan.
8. Build an experimental platform.
9. Perform experimental verification.
10. Process experimental data.
11. Submit experiment reports and archive the original experiment data (forms, photos, data, etc.).

Requirements

1. Major in Chemical equipment, machanical and related majors.
2. You shall have knowledge of fluid mechanics and mixing design and be familiar with CFD calculation software.
3. You can read in English and can read technical documents in English.
4. Be familiar with AutoCAD, Solidworks and Office software.
5. You have certain experimental ability, data processing ability and good communication ability.

Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the after-sales service of the company's main products (pressure vessels and modules).
2. Be responsible for failure analysis of after-sales service products and issue corresponding analysis reports, maintenance plans, etc..
3. Be responsible for organizing and coordinating after-sales service resources to meet customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Major in Process Control, Mechanical and related fields, College degree or above;
2. You have working experience in a pressure-vessel-manufacturing company and there is no limitation in majors.
3. It is preferred that you are familiar with common type of pressure vessel failure and corresponding solutions.
4. It is preferred that you are able to adapt to business trips at home and abroad and you have well English communication ability.
